Our Cancellation Policy is designed to offer transparency and flexibility while safeguarding the interests of both our clients and the company.

1. Service Cancellation Guidelines


Clients may request cancellations for ongoing services based on the following terms:

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@4amtech.in. The request should include the service details, reason for cancellation, and any relevant supporting information.

Time Frame for Cancellation: Clients can request a cancellation within 14 days of service initiation. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for refunds but can be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project’s progress and service type.

 

2. Refund Policy


Refunds for canceled services will be processed based on the following criteria:

Full Refund Eligibility: If a client cancels a service within 7 days of purchase, and no substantial work has been completed, they may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees or expenses incurred.

Partial Refund Eligibility: For services canceled between 7 and 14 days of purchase where work has already begun, clients may receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work completed. In such cases, refunds will exclude costs for work delivered up to the date of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, including but not limited to completed digital marketing campaigns, website development that has passed design or coding milestones, and SEO services, are non-refundable once work has been initiated and delivered. For subscription-based services, refunds may not be applicable if services have been utilized.

 

3. Service-Specific Terms


Some services may carry specific terms related to cancellations:

Website Development Services: If a website project has moved into the design or development phase, cancellation will result in the loss of any deposits or milestone payments made up to that point. Clients will be billed for completed phases of the project, and all work will be handed over up to the date of cancellation.

Marketing Campaigns: Digital marketing services, including pay-per-click (PPC), social media campaigns, and email marketing, are subject to a minimum commitment period. Campaign cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

 

4. Project Suspension or Termination


4AM Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under certain conditions, including:

Non-Payment: If payments are delayed or missed for ongoing services, 4AM Tech may suspend the project until the outstanding balance is cleared. Reinstatement fees may apply.

Breach of Contract: Any violation of the terms and conditions agreed upon at the start of the project may result in termination of services. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and clients will be billed for any completed work.

 

5. Processing of Refunds


Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method. Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Third-Party Fees: Any third-party costs incurred during the project (e.g., hosting fees, paid advertisements, domain registrations) are non-refundable, as these are outside of 4AM Tech’s control.
